Admissions Process
Our process is as easy and 1-2-3!
- Complete our Pre-Admission Questionnaire and review our Statement of Faith. The FCA Director of Admissions will contact you regarding availability.
- Prospective families are encouraged to tour our campus, must complete an application, and will be invited to a required admissions consultation.
- After the interview, you will be contacted regarding next steps, including completing your enrollment!
Required paperwork includes:
- Academic Records [last report card (K5-8th grade) or transcript (9th-12th grade), standardized or academic testing]
- Copy of Birth Certificate
- Immunization Record on FL Form DH 680
- School Entry Physical on FL Form DH 3040 (dated within 1 yr of the first day of school)
- Proof of scholarship awards (i.e., Step Up for Students; Family Empowerment, McKay, AAA, Gardiner, Hope, etc.; if applicable)
